All my life I have tried to be skinny. I ate less and restricted some food in my diet (btw, I hate diets!). This is really annoying and completely troublesome. Then, it hit me! I don't want to be skinny. I just want to be fit and healthy. All I have to do is exercise and keep an eye at what I'm eating. Now, I just need a place to record my training. And here it is, so lets get started!
